Status can move from pending review to pending payment and then active. The Stage 2 admin console controls those changes and records an audit event for each action.
No. A name such as nova.midomain.ai is a delegated subdomain beneath MiDomain.ai. The registrant of the parent midomain.ai remains MiDomain. Your rights come from the AI Names registration/licence agreement.
Yes once your DNS is activated. The production service is being designed for normal DNS records or nameserver delegation, not just URL forwarding.
The pilot will not promise unrestricted aftermarket transfers. Transfer rules will be defined before automated registrations launch so ownership records and abuse controls remain reliable.
That is the planned multi-namespace model. MiDomain will only open a premium parent domain after confirming its commercial purpose, technical setup and long-term continuity.
It gives projects and agents access to a memorable AI-focused identity at a much lower annual entry price. Buyers who need full registry-level ownership should still purchase a second-level .ai domain.
No claim is being made that MiDomain is an ICANN-accredited registrar or that these are separate TLD registrations. This pilot is a private delegated namespace underneath a domain controlled by MiDomain.
