The Purchase Process — Step by Step

Use the contact form on any domain's listing page, or the general enquiry form on the homepage. Tell us which domain you're interested in and your offer or price guidance request. We respond within 24 hours — typically much faster.

Discussion and Agreement
We discuss the domain, answer any questions, and negotiate price if needed. All listed prices are starting points — direct conversation is always welcome. Once we agree on price and terms, we move to payment.

Secure Payment
Payment can be made by bank transfer or via a secure escrow service (such as Escrow.com). For higher-value transactions we recommend escrow — funds are held by a neutral third party and only released to us after you confirm successful receipt of the domain. This protects both parties.

Domain Transfer Initiated
Once payment is confirmed, we initiate the transfer to your registrar account. You will need to have an account at a registrar that accepts .ai domain transfers (such as Namecheap, Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Spaceship, or Dynadot). We will guide you through this if needed.

Transfer Completes
Domain transfers typically complete within 3–5 business days, subject to the receiving registrar's process. Some transfers complete within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email when the domain is fully in your account.

Note on .ai Domain Renewals
.ai domains are registered for a minimum of 2 years. After that, they renew every 2 years. Current renewal fees through most registrars are approximately $140–$200 per 2-year period. Always keep your renewal up to date — lapsed .ai domains can be picked up by others.

Use our sourcing service. Submit your request and we'll check availability within the .ai registry. If the name is available, we can register and transfer it to you. If it's owned by a third party, we can advise on outreach or suggest alternatives.
Do I need to be based in Anguilla to own a .ai domain?
No. Since 2009, .ai domains have been available to anyone worldwide with no residency requirement. Your location does not affect your ability to register or purchase a .ai domain.
